How long does it take to process an embroidery order?

Production usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on the quantity and complexity of the order. Urgent orders are arranged individually.

Do you embroider on both your own and your client's clothing?

Yes, we can embroider on textiles we offer or on clothing you bring in. We always assess the suitability of the fabric before embroidering.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity required — we also accept single orders. Discounts apply for large quantities.

What files should I provide for an embroidery design?

It is best to provide a vector file (.ai, .svg, .eps) or high resolution .png/.jpg. If needed, we can prepare a mockup for an additional fee.

Does embroidery fade over time?

Machine embroidery is very durable — it won't fade or fray if the garment is washed according to care instructions.

Can I order a sample before ordering a larger quantity?

Yes, we can make a test sample so you can see the result before approving a larger batch.

Do you offer discounts for large quantities?

Yes, we offer discounts for larger quantities or for regular customers.

What products do you embroider?

We embroider on sweaters, T-shirts, hats, work clothes, towels, blankets, and other textile products.

Do you provide delivery services?

Yes, we ship throughout Lithuania and beyond. You can also pick up your order at our studio.
